Do my invitees need to have for me to schedule a meeting with them?

No. Your automated assistant helps manage your calendar the way a real assistant would, but your invitees do not need to have to accept meeting invites or see your availability.

They will receive an email that asks them to select times slots and they will receive invitations to the meeting itself.
